Expression of Interest: Rotary Park Activation - Tourism and Development Opportunity

⁠⁠⁠Hinchinbrook Shire Council is seeking expressions of interest for an exciting tourism development opportunity in Rotary Park. The successful proposal will provide an iconic offering that activates Rotary Park and delivers a high quality customer experience that entices visitors to explore the region.

The location of the site lends itself to a variety of potential uses which may include commercial operations, not for profit social enterprise, business incubation or other proposals that are unique and specifically adapted to Rotary Park.
