The Special Projects Unit is seeking the services of a Transaction Manager for the procurement of Regional Integrated Resort Developments. It is envisaged that the proposal will involve an individual Transaction Manager and potentially administrative support for the project. This document outlines the Transaction Manager requirements for the Integrated Resort Developments which may include:
* Stage 1: Request for Detailed Proposals
* Stage 2: Contract Negotiation

The Transaction Manager will work closely with project staff from SPU within the Department of State Development (DSD), legal contractors, probity advisors, technical advisors, commercial advisors and other contractors employed by the State for the Integrated Resort Developments.
