Project Background:
The project comprises a pipeline connecting the Amadeus pipeline at the (existing) Warrego Compressor Station to the Carpentaria Gas Pipeline (CGP) at the (existing) Mica Creek metering facility with three (3) main line valve (MLV) sites across the 622km pipeline inclusive of an intermediate scraper station.

The required facilities include a start of line Gas Treatment Facility with export compression at Warrego (Phillip Creek Compressor Station (PCCS)), and a compressor and delivery station near Mt Isa, inclusive of compression, metering, gas quality measurement, pressure regulation and filtration (Mt Isa Compressor Station (MICS)) (the Facilities).

Jemena is seeking a Vendor to supply two (2) Motor Control Centres (MCC) for the Facilities. The intent of the MCC’s are to receive and distribute 3-phase power to various station equipment (motors, distribution boards, fans etc). The MCC scope includes design, procurement, manufacturing, testing and delivery.

Jemena is seeking a Supplier to complete the following:
* Design and supply MCC’s (415V, 3-phase, 50Hz);
* Compliance to Jemena electrical and Australian Standard painting specifications;
* Compliance to all relevant Australian Standards;
* Provide all technical and quality documentation pertaining to the manufacture, assembly and testing of the MCC’s;
* Supply a comprehensive Manufacturers Data Report and Installation & Operations Manual;
* Deliver the MCC’s to Jemena’s switchroom supplier located in Australia (Location TBC); and
* Provide evidence of ISO 9001 accreditation for the manufacturer and local representative organization/distributor/supplier.

The MCCs will be form 3b, size between 500A to 1200A full load, busbar rated for up to 2500A, 30-50kA @ 1 second, 2 - 3 incoming supplies and 25 to 50 drives/tiers of 2kW to 220kW.
