Tender Description
The NSW Go4Fun® program is a childhood obesity treatment program targeting 7-13 year old children who are above a healthy weight and their families.
The NSW Office of Preventive Health (OPH) is seeking an appropriate service provider to provide the Go4Fun® centralised service delivery component from 28 November 2016 until 30 June 2019. The service includes the provision of program infrastructure, resources, reporting and program delivery support. The successful provider will be expected to work in close partnership with the NSW OPH, Program Managers from up to 15 Local Health Districts (LHDs) and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
