Provision of Meals on Wheels Services

⁠⁠⁠The City of Belmont (“Principal”) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced contractor(s) to undertake the provision of meals for the City of Belmont’s HACC Clients as detailed in the attached specification. The contract period is for one (1) year commencing 1 November 2016 with the option of two, one year extensions at the sole discretion of the Principal.

Tenders in accordance with the tender documentation shall be lodged in the Tender Box situated in the Civic Centre of the City of Belmont, 215 Wright Street, Cloverdale before the closing time.
 
Envelopes shall be securely sealed and the envelope shall not bear any mark or name to identify the Tenderer.

The envelope shall be clearly addressed as follows:
Confidential - To be Placed in Tender Box Tender No. 17/2016 - Provision of Meals on Wheels Services.
 
Tender Closing Time: Tuesday, August 9, 2016, at 3.00 pm (WST).
