The Environment Protection Authority (EPA) is intending to establish an Prequalification Scheme for Emergency Pollution Clean-up services.
This scheme seeks to engage suppliers of emergency pollution clean-up services to coordinate measures to remove, disperse or mitigate serious pollution from liquid and/ or hazardous waste when those measures need to be taken during an emergency.
Due to the nature of the services applicants should demonstrate industry experience and capabilities. Successful suppliers will be placed on a non-ranked prequalification scheme to be used by the EPA, emergency services or partner agencies, within NSW, in the event of an emergency clean-up which involving liquid and/ or hazardous waste.
Location - The selection of serviceable areas will be in accordance with the 16 Regions that are identified and described at https://www.procurepoint.nsw.gov.au/nswbuy_regions.
