Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for Town Hall House Level 4 function/venue space upgrade. Town Hall House is located at 456 Kent Street, Sydney.
The tenderer will be required to design and construct the internal fit out works to the function/venue spaces including waterproofing commercial kitchen floor, fire services, mechanical services, new flooring, lighting, operable walls, fixed walls and new amenities.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
Tenders close at 11AM AEST on Tuesday 23rd August 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
