16050 - The City of Onkaparinga is seeking Request for Proposal (RFP) from interested proponents for the provision of kiosk services at the O’Sullivan Beach Kiosk.
Purpose
Proponents must demonstrate:
* The operational capacity for a kiosk related service e.g.: appropriately licensed and insured (mandatory) and demonstrable experience in a similar venture
* That they will provide a service that aligns with the expectations of the local community and visitors to the area
* An understanding of any relevant regulatory development obligations
* Capacity to finance the venture with minimal support from the City of Onkaparinga being given greater preference
* Generally the lowest level of risk and greatest scope for opportunity.
