The Strategic Compliance Unit (SCU) of the Division of Resources & Energy (DRE) requires a data mining solution that is capable of interfacing with the Activity Compliance Enforcement System (ACES) database provided through Noggin OCA and a range of other database types and file formats that SCU may gain access to in the near future.

The data mining software must interface directly with ACES and provide freetext searches, nodal and link analysis of mine safety, environmental, licencing and financial compliance datasets.
