Servicing & Maintenance of Fire Control Equipment & Devices

⁠⁠⁠The City is seeking to appoint a contractor for programmed inspections and maintenance of the fire control devices at each of the sites, including replacement of expired or non-functioning devices and fitting of new devices as required from time to time.

Deadline: Tenders close on Tuesday, 9 August 2016 at 4.00pm and must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender and/or expression of interest number and lodged in the Tender Box at the City of Bayswater Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley.

Tender Information Session: A Tender Information Session for all prospective Tenderers has been scheduled for 10:00am on 26 July 2016 at the City of Bayswater Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue Morley and will include a walk through at this site. Please allow approximately one and a half hours for this session.

While it is not mandatory, attendance is strongly encouraged to ensure that Tenderers have the opportunity to clarify any aspects of the City's requirements.

Statement: Tenders/Expressions of Interest submitted by electronic mail or facsimile will not be accepted. The City of Bayswater will not be submitting any in-house bids and is not bound to accept the lowest and may decline to accept any tender/expression of interest. Canvassing of Elected Members and Officers will automatically disqualify any submission.
