REOI - Land Development Opportunity - 45-71 Waterson Way, Airle Beach

⁠⁠⁠500.2016.0045 - Council wishes to sell, lease or in partnership, develop the Land at 45-71 Waterson Way, Airlie Beach to achieve the following objectives (Project Objectives):
(i) To achieve a sustainable increase in the number of full-time equivalent employment positions in the Whitsunday region as a consequence of development on the Land (a minimum of 50 full equivalent employment positions is preferred);
(ii) To achieve an enhancement in the profile of the Airlie Beach Town Centre and the economic diversity within the environ;
(iii) To achieve a beneficial association with adjoining properties that can bring forward new development of the wider precinct between Shute Harbour Road and Waterson Way.
