Tender Description
Quotations are invited and will be received up until 12:00 noon on Friday 5th August 2016 for the hire on a casual basis of the following plant & equipment and provision of services for the period 5th August 2016 to 30 June 2017.
1. Excavators.
2. Graders.
3. Rollers.
4. Backhoes.
5. Skid Steer Loaders / “Bobcats”.
6. Front End Loaders.
7. Scrapers.
8. Water Carts / Trucks.
9. Tippers.
10. Tractors.
11. Tractor Slashers.
12. Drain Cleaners.
13. Road Repair Machines/ “Jetpatchers”.
14. Elevated Platforms.
15. Miscellaneous Plant & Equipment.
16. Electrical services.
17. Plumbing services.
18. Concreting services.
19. Fencing services.
20. Vegetation control.
21. Road line marking.
All quotations must be on the approved form contained in the Specification which may be obtained by accessing Council’s web site or contacting Council’s Works Engineer on Phone (02) 69 301 800, fax (02) 69 273 168. An insurance questionnaire will be provided in the specification for completion and submission with the quoted rates.
Quotations may be submitted by facsimile machine provided they are received prior to time of closing.
Lowest or any quotation for any plant item and or service may not necessarily be accepted.
