Tender Description
Tenderers prequalified at levels R2 & F5 or higher, are invited to tender for the widening of a section of the Yandina-Coolum Road between Quanda Park and the Sunshine Motorway to allow B-Double movements to Quanda Road Industrial Estate. Where a prequalification level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Department of Transport and Main Roads Prequalification System for the specific project level or higher and categories for which the tenderer is invited.
Tenderers must also be Approved Asphalt Contractors or nominate a suitably qualified subcontractor for the asphalt work component. Tenderers are advised that the Building Code 2013 applies to this tender. Tenderers are advised the Queensland Code and Queensland Guidelines apply to this tender.
