Lot 10 McConnell Street Pithara (area 1012 square Mts)
Lot 28 McConnell Street Pithara (area 1012 square Mts)

All lots are zoned "Townsite" under the Shire of Dalwallinu Local Planning Scheme No 2.

Offers are to be made on the basis of a "price per lot" and proposals can be to purchase one, two or three lots.

Tenders received will be considered however they may not be necessarily accepted.
