Tender Description
Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) is inviting suitable organisations to submit tenders for a State-wide Scaffolding Panel Contract which will run from 2016 through to 2019.
Work will be conducted in accordance with the Tender documents and specifications enclosed. This is a Panel Contract and will result in several Tenderers being accepted to the Panel with work being quoted as and when required.
Successful tenderers will operate on a panel basis with allocation of work made by RMS on the terms set out in the Conditions of Contract. Only those on the panel who have submitted all required documentation would be contacted to quote on individual jobs if and when they arise within the region.
All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement and must be an acceptable legal entity.
Organisations seeking to submit a Tender must have:
* Demonstrated previous experience in similar type works;
* Demonstrated financial capacity / soundness to undertake the work;
* Suitable personnel, plant, equipment and subcontractors; and
* Other requirements as detailed in RFT;
The tender shall be submitted before 2.30pm (Sydney Time) on Monday 1st August. Tenderers shall submit their tender to the E-tender website.
