Expressions of Interest and Proposal for a Lead Tutor for the Ashfield English Conversation Program

⁠⁠⁠Inner West Council is seeking a proposal from a highly organised, qualified and proactive person to lead the delivery of the Ashfield English Conversation Program and to support and develop a dedicated team of volunteer English tutors. Please help me to promote this opportunity widely so we can find a great candidate.

Held at the Ashfield Civic Centre on Fridays during school terms, the English Conversation Program improves student’s skills and confidence with speaking and understanding English. In addition the program aims to support migrants to ‘connect’ with the community, make new friends and develop networks. Around 80 students of various ages and cultural backgrounds learn from a team of 10-15 volunteer English tutors.
