Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Architects and / or Building Companies for the design and construction of the Cunderdin Age Appropriate Accommodation project to be located in Lundy Avenue, Cunderdin.

Tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "TENDER 1 2016/2017 – Design & Construct Age Appropriate Accommodation" and addressed to the undersigned at PO Box 100, Cunderdin WA 6407.

Tenders close at 4:00pm on Friday 5th August 2016. Late tender submissions will not be accepted.

The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted. Canvassing of Councillors or staff will disqualify.
