For the Provision to Lease Kandos Swimming Pool

⁠⁠⁠By this Request for Tender (RFT) MWRC seeks to procure services from person/s to lease the Kandos Swimming Pool.

The lease will be a single contract for the management and operation of the Kandos Swimming Pool. The work will include preseason start up, grounds and building maintenance, amenity cleaning, pool supervision, water testing and reporting.

The lease will be for the 2016/17 pool season with the option of two additional seasons provided satisfactory management and operation of the swimming pool is accomplished to Council standards.
