Licensing of Facility at 8 Turner Street, Ryde (known as Westward Cottage)

⁠⁠⁠City of Ryde is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from any interested parties / organisations wishing to use the Facility at 8 Turner Street, Ryde (known as Westward Cottage) for community based purposes under Licence Agreement in line with Council's Community Buildings Licensing Policy. The proposed licensing term is five (5) years; however, it is subject to negotiations with Council. The EOI will be evaluated on criteria detailed in the EOI information package.

The Property
The property to be licenced consists of a heritage listed single story nineteenth century Victorian brick and sandstone cottage located on 8 Turner Street, Ryde. The building has a lower ground floor.
