Supply of a Truck-Mounted Vacuum Excavator

⁠⁠⁠Tenders are invited for Supply of a Truck-Mounted Vacuum Excavator: This tender is for the supply and delivery of a truck-mountable Vacuum Excavator. This unit will replace Council's existing Vacu-Digga unit. This unit must equip Council with the capability to clean pollution pits, and undertake non-destructive vacuum excavation, and is to be built onto a Hino 300 Series 916 Cab-Chassis to be supplied by Council.

Further details regarding specifications and requirements for the machine, will be available in the Tender Documents. Documents will be available online for download free of charge from 5 July 2016. Hard-copy documents are available from the Front Counter of the Customer Services Centre in the Council Chambers from 5 July 2016, at a cost of $300 each.

A Pre-Tender meeting will be held on 19 July 2016, commencing at 10am, at the Works Section Meeting Room, North Sydney Council Depot, 187 Ernest Street Cammeray NSW 2062.

Failure by the Tenderer to attend this meeting may lead to rejection of the Tender.

Online tendering (Council's preferred option) will close at 4 pm, Thursday 4 August 2016. Physical tenders are to be lodged in Council's Tender Box, ground floor of Council Chambers Building by 4 pm, Thursday 4 August 2016.
