The objective of this Request for Proposal is to procure and implement an EDRMS which will:
* Commence implementation of a solution by November 2016 that meets project requirements
* Best value for money offer having acceptable level of risk
* Maximise investment already made by the LSC in information technology
* Improved efficiency and effectiveness in delivery of LSC services
* Implement a system capable of supporting future expansion and new systems
* Minimise the complexity of the vendor engagement
* Operate within the relevant South Australian Government (SAG) standards
* Obtain improved access to information LSC network
* Provide access to the digital records from multiple devices from multiple locations
