Sale, Lease, Development and/or Use of Bruce Highway Industrial Estate, Maryborough

⁠⁠⁠Tenders closing with the undersigned at 11am on Tuesday, 2 August, 2016, are invited from interested parties with proposals for the sale, lease, development and/or use of land situated adjacent to the Bruce Highway, Maryborough.

Tenders must be clearly marked CORP 7 15-16 Sale, Lease, Development and/or Use of Bruce Highway Industrial Estate, Maryborough and must be lodged into Council’s electronic Tender Box using the link below, by no later than 11.00am Tuesday, 2 August, 2016.

The time of receipt of the tender is the time at which it is received by Council into the electronic tender box not the time that the tenderer sends the email.

Electronic submissions can be no bigger than 30MB in size. If your email exceeds this size limit you may submit multiple emails all clearly marked “Email 1 of 3, 2 of 3” etc. or alternatively a disc/USB containing the additional information, clearly marked with the tender details can be delivered to 77 Tavistock Street, Torquay and placed into the tender box.

Tenderers should note that the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and that the Tender process will be conducted in accordance with the Local Government Act 2009.
