The purpose of this Invitation is that the Department intends to develop contractual arrangements for cleaning services at the Southport Court House located at the cnr Davenport & Hinze Streets Southport.

The contractor must ensure that a quality, reliable and timely cleaning service is provided through proactive management of their staff by regular site visits and meeting with Court House management as required.

Offers must be lodged by 2:00PM Australian Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday 3 August 2016.
