NIDA Invites Expressions of Interest (E0I) from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the supply and Installation of a high quality, 24 square metres indoor, portable, modular and seamless LED video display system and Complementary video screen hire arrangements.
The system provided shall provide maximum installation and operational flexibility to allow for a wide variety of screen configurations and scenic design layouts as it will be used in numerous different student projects aid theatrical productions.
The system shall be based on a professional quality, industry recognised brand to allow for easy support and the ability to expand in future through purchase and for occasional short term use with complementary hire services and hardware on an as needed basis.

Submissions must be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with this EOI title, marked to the attention to the Contact Person and the Closing Date, and hand delivered by the Closing Date and time to the NIDA's Tender Box located at Reception, 215 Anzac Parade, Kensington NSW 2033.
Following the Closing Date, a small number of shortlisted suppliers will be invited to participate in a Request for Quotation process.
