Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced early childhood education and care providers (or from others able to obtain provider approval under the Education and Care Services National Law), for the provision of childcare services at the Willoughby Park Centre (Cnr of Warrane Rd and McClelland St, Willoughby) and 45 Orchard Road, Chatswood.

The childcare services proposed includes a pre-school and Out of School Hours services at the Willoughby Park Centre and a pre-school service at 45 Orchard Rd.

The Tender Documents, which contain essential information and submission schedules, may be obtained from http://www.tenderlink.com/nsroc. Interested Proponents should obtain a copy of the Tender Documents and address all requirements contained therein. Based on the submissions, Proponents shall be shortlisted and invited to attend a formal interview as part of the selection process.

A mandatory site inspection of both the Willoughby Park Centre and the Chatswood Occasional Care Centre, at 10am on Wednesday 6 July 2016, with a WCC Representative. Submissions from Proponents who have not attended the mandatory site inspection shall not be considered.

Submissions will be accepted until 11:00am on Wednesday 20th July 2016. Submissions received after the forementioned closing time will not be considered.

Tenders shall be submitted at www.tenderlink.com/nsroc OR in a sealed envelope endorsed:

Hard copies of tenders shall be placed in the Tender Box located adjacent to the Help & Service Centre of Council's Administration Building, Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood.
