Tender Description
The Council of the City of Sydney ("the City") invites tenders for the provision of security patrols and alarm response services for an initial period of three (3) years with further two (2) x 12 month options based on performance and ongoing requirements of council.
The City owns in excess of 245 properties across the Sydney Local Government Area (LGA). These properties include corporate facilities occupied by City employees, commercial properties, community facilities and open public spaces. The City has installed alarm systems in more than 80 of these properties which are monitored from its Security and Emergency Operations Centre at Town Hall House.
The City intends on engaging the services of a suitably qualified service provider to undertake alarm responses to these facilities. In addition to the provision of alarm responses, there are both ongoing and ad hoc patrol services which are required for a varying number of properties. These services include external only patrols, full internal patrols and lock-up services.
Tenders close at 11AM AEST on Tuesday 19 July 2016 and submissions must be fully received by this time.
