Future Fund Management Agency is seeking to engage a suitably qualified provider for delivery of a contract register solution.
FFMA manages many different types of agreements, most of which can be categorised as follows:
Commercial investment related agreements such as:
* Investment management agreements,
* Fund investment agreements,
* Shareholder agreements,
* Acquisition and sale agreements,
* Transfer documents,
* Confidentiality agreements
* Consultancy agreements
Organisational agreements (i.e. non-investment agreements) such as:
* Corporate services e.g. IT services, research subscriptions and consultancy services; and
* Lease, premise and other office infrastructure
