RFP for the Provision of Food and Beverage Services - ACU Brisbane Banyo Campus

The Brisbane Campus (McAuley at Banyo) commenced in 2003, replacing the former Brisbane Campus at Mitchelton. It is a beautiful campus characterised by both modern and heritage buildings, large expanses of lawn and a central Community Court for students and staff to enjoy passive recreational space.

The Brisbane Campus (McAuley at Banyo) has more than 5,600 enrolled students, including over 400 international students, with the majority of students studying within the Faculty of Education and Faculty of Health Sciences. There are over 400 staff engaged in both teaching and research activities.

The campus is 12km north of the Brisbane Central Business District (CBD) and is close to the Brisbane International Airport.

ACU is inviting experienced food and beverage operators with an ability to deliver innovative, exciting and on trend food and beverage that is desirable and affordable for the varied campus user groups to submit RFPs for the Banyo Campus.

ACU is seeking a maximum of three (3) operators to run three (3) F&B outlets on campus. Less than three different operators may be chosen depending on the applications received.
