Tender Description
The City invites suitably qualified persons, companies or organisations to submit tenders for the Provision of Air Conditioning Maintenance Services which includes the maintenance to selected buildings located within the Municipality. This Tender is for the Period of three (3) years with the option of two (2) years at the City's discretion.
A copy of the Tender documentation must be obtained by registering your details via the City's e-tendering portal at http://www.southperth.wa.gov.au/Tenders/.
Tender documentation must be submitted electronically via the City's e-tendering portal no later than the closing time.

Canvassing of any City of South Perth staff or Councillors will disqualify tenderers from the tender process.
