Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the refurbishment of two (2) sheds at the Council Depot at Beerwah. The former Queensland forestry sheds are to be refurbished for Council use as a Works Shed and a Bridge Crew Shed.
Works include, but are not limited to:
* Identify any asbestos materials on site and arrange disposal;
* Removal of existing and installation of new roofing;
* Installation of new external and internal wall frames, insulation, windows, doors and bracing members;
* Electrical and plumbing services - supply and install new electrical and plumbing fixtures and fittings – connect, test and commission;
* Installation of new external cladding and internal linings to all walls;
* Painting; and
* Installation of all internal joinery.
