Recruitment of Regular Givers Through Face to Face Fundraising
Tender ID: 275562
Tender Details
Tender Description
Taronga raises funds from a range of activities including corporate partnerships, events, and support through cash giving, bequests, and regular giving.
Going forward, Taronga are increasing the scope of their regular giving program. Taronga has developed a regular giving proposition which focuses on Taronga’s existing conservation work (including breeding programs and international conservation programs), both at our zoos and as part of our in-situ programs. The focus will also be directed to five key species, to allow for more in-depth focus on our conservation efforts.
Taronga Conservation Society Australia is calling for proposals for the provision of the recruitment of Regular Givers in FY1617 through to FY1819. Contract awards and budget will be allocated in each financial year, starting in FY1617 with a maximum budget of $2 million. This total amount will be divided amongst the successful supplier candidates, based on strength of application, supplier capacity and campaign success throughout the year. In the following years, the approved budgets will be allocated based on campaign success and capacity.
Taronga also reserves the right to re-allocate funds within contracts based on campaign progress, tracked against targets defined at the start of the campaign.
This contract division between multiple suppliers aims to address the issue of low capacity for single suppliers to run larger campaigns. Contract division will also allow Taronga to maximize regions reached through F2F fundraising, expand on methods currently used to recruit regular givers and manage risk.
