Tender Description
The scope of works for this tender is the complete design, supply, installation and commissioning of all components necessary to make operational a 175kW ground - mounted photovoltaic system at ASALC, as specified herein, that is to be connected to the Alice Springs electrical grid. There is an existing 99kW roof mounted PV system already at the site.
The summary of the required scope of works includes, but is not limited to, the following:
a) Design operational PV system.
b) Design and install required cabling (electrical and communications), including undertaking any necessary trenching.
c) Design and erect mounting structure for PV array (including required S40 certification).
d) Install, connect, test and commission all electrical components (e.g. modules, meters, DBs, inverters, communications. etc.), including electrical certification.
e) Supply, install, configure and test zero export to the PWC grid arrangement for the new PV system, as per PWC requirements.
f) Supply, install, configure and test a grid protection relay in PV distribution board, as per PWC requirements.
g) Work as Executed (WAE) drawings and successful registration to Clean Energy Regulator as a power station.
The Contractor will be responsible for all works associated with the system up to and including design and installation of connection equipment at the distribution board (DB3).
The specifications and drawings contained herein are considered to be sufficient for the tenderer to provide a fixed price tender for the full scope of works.
