Terrace Spec Build Homes at the Village, Oonoonba

⁠⁠⁠Tenderers are invited to submit a lump sum tender price for the construction of terrace dwellings at The Village, Townsville.

This tender is for the construction of three (3) two-storey terrace dwellings on 5m x 25m rear-loaded laneway lots in Stage 10 at The Village estate. The tender also requires one (1) additional two-storey terrace design to be funded and built by the successful tenderer (Tenderer’s Lot).

The tenderer is invited to submit their own design for the Tenderer’s Lot, or replicate the EDQ Terrace Design. Should the tenderer choose to construct their own design on the Tenderer’s Lot, this must occur on either Lot 1025 or 1028.
