Tender Description
Our client, Department of Finance - Building Management and Works, is the landlord of McIver House, 297 Fitzgerald St Northam. It is established that both chillers have reached to the end of their lifecycle and are in of total replacement. JLL, on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced mechanical services contractor to carry out works as per specified by BCA Consultants.
