Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the future and potential use of property generally known as the ‘Commercial Building - 56 Clinton Street, Goulburn’.

Commercial options for this property can include sale, lease (part or whole), lease to buy, joint ventures or any other options that a potential investor/tenants may wish to negotiate with Council. Other options demonstrating broader community benefits will also be considered.

EOI’s will be received until 2pm on Thursday, 21 July 2016 from interested parties and must be emailed to Council’s Manager Land & Property Services - Ken Wheeldon Ken.wheeldon@goulburn.nsw.gov.au.

EOI’s should contain, as a minimum, the following information:
* Name and address of Individual, Company or Organisation
* Individual, Company or Organisation profile/references
* Summary of proposed use/s of part Ground Floor and/or all or part of First Floor and Basement
* Proposed purchase price, leasing rate or other arrangement offered and on what terms and conditions
* Other potential options including community benefits
