Tender Description
Waverley Council invites quoters for carrying out the upgrade of various small parks located in the Waverley LGA.
The parks that will be included in this package are the following:
* Eastern Avenue Reserve
* Scott & Arden Reserve
* Murray & Belgrave Reserve
* Clementson Park
The upgrade of these small parks include installation/removal/repair of park furniture and tree/garden planting in accordance with the design as indicated in the plan drawings attached in the package.
The nature of work specified in this Contract, generally consists but not limited to the following activities:
a) Removing and disposing existing furniture
b) Stripping existing turf
c) Minor site works regrading, stockpiling and sorting site topsoil
d) Supply and install park furniture, including concrete footings and pavement slabs
e) Supply + install topsoil, turfing, recycled plastic edging and garden fencing
Quoters must submit quotes in the manner required by this request for quotation.
