Invitation to Tender No. 26/2016. 5 Parramatta Square BCA Consultant.
City of Parramatta Council is the owner of the 5 Parramatta Square development site and is currently finalising a design excellence process for its landmark civic and community building. Council has endorsed the concept design by a consortium of French firm Manuelle Gautrand Architecture and Australian firms DesignInc and Lacoste + Stevenson.
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced BCA Consultants to assist in preparing the requirements for a Development Application and the subsequent design development of the endorsed concept design for the 5 Parramatta Square development, as part of Parramatta Square.
The Tender price is made up of fixed sums and a schedule of rates.
A decision will be made on this Tender by late August 2016.
