Tender Description
The Department of Education and Training (DET) is calling for submissions for construction works located at St Bernard State School.
Submissions from Principal Contractors are being sought for the refurbishment and enclosure of an existing covered area. Works comprise the enclosure of the space with external walls, internal linings, ceiling and floor finishes. Works include all associated services connections. Experience with projects on live school sites is preferred. The project will be procured under a Medium Works with Design contract.

Site Visit: Tuesday, 21st June 2016 at 10:00am. Attendees limited to 2 per tenderer. Please meet at School Adminsitration building.
