Funding Partners to Refurbish and Operate Merlynston Progress Hall, 1 Novian Street, Merlynston

Moreland City Council is seeking suitably qualified contractor to work the Council on refurbishment and the operation of Merlynston Progress Hall.

Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with 'Best Value" aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.
