Tenders are invited for the provision of print devices for the specifications detailed below and include the supply, delivery, installation and configuration of print devices for the Port Phillip City Council.

Port Phillip City Council (PPCC) currently has a fleet of multi-function devices (MFD's) nearing the end of their lease period. The current fleet utilises secure printing through PaperCut and services approximately 800 workstations across 24 sites with the majority of users and print devices situated at St Kilda Town Hall. Some of the site have multiple functions and include PPCC's libraries which require devices for public use.
