Tender Description
The Macquarie Point Development Corporation is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to demolish the Cold Store Building on the corner of Evans and Davey Streets in Hobart. The demolition will consist of removing the building down to concrete slab level, removing all demolished items from the site and sealing off all services to the building. The contractor may remove the building for reuse or may demolish the building components.
