Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This project is located at Scarborough Beach Park, Landsborough Avenue, Scarborough. The park upgrade includes the reconstruction and realignment of pathways for improved accessibility; altered parking and access arrangements; landscaping and drainage improvements. Scarborough Beach Park is a regional park facility with extremely high usage rates and the existing infrastructure is aged.

The purpose of this project is to improve accessibility for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic and enhance the parks capacity.
