Tender Description
The Rottnest Island Authority is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to undertake minor refurbishment works on accommodation units at Longreach Bay - Rottnest Island. Works include (but not limited to) painting, door replacements, replacement of selected fixtures and fittings, removal of asbestos backing panel in meter boxes, kitchen and floor improvements, installation of GPO, bathroom improvements including retiling and installation of new lighting.
