Tender Description
The scope of the Works includes the design, manufacture, testing at works, delivery (DDP) and rectification of defects during the Defects Liability Period of Microprocessor based IEC 61850 Compatible Protection and Control Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) on a period contract basis.
The functions of the IEDs are:
* High Impedance Bus Zone Protection and Circuit Breaker (CB) Fail Tripping
* Low Impedance Bus Zone Protection and CB Fail Tripping
* Feeder Protection (Line Current Differential and Distance)
* Transformer Differential Protection
* Transformer Overload Protection
* Capacitor Bank and Reactor Protection
* CB Management
* Station Common (previously Communications remote terminal unit (RTU)) and Building Common (previously Common RTU)
* Remote Input / Output
