Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking tenders to undertake the resurfacing works to the Burnett Heads boat ramp.
The main items of work include:
* Site establishment including fenced site compound;
* Installation of environmental management controls in accordance with the EMP;
* Fabrication of precast concrete boat ramp planks;
* Demolish existing reinforced concrete boat ramp slabs and undertake earthworks to prepare subgrade for construction of boat ramp;
* Treat excavated material for acid sulphate as required;
* Construction of boat ramp in accordance with drawings and this specification;
* Remove and dispose existing toe planks (5 total);
* Prepare surface and install Principal supplied OS3500 planks (5 total) and Principal supplied terminator planks (5 total); and,
* Conduct as-constructed survey and prepare as-constructed drawings.
