The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders for the carrying out of the Management and Operation of the Goulburn Street Parking Station in accordance with this request for tender. Council leases the Goulburn Street Parking Station building (Car Park) located at 101 Goulburn Street, Haymarket. The Car Park is a contemporary, purpose-built, multi-level public car park with a capacity of approximately 733 cars.

Council is seeking business specific and experienced organisations to tender for the Car Park operation on a management basis. The tender submission should deliver a concise response focusing on the mandatory requirements (i.e. completion of the returnable schedules) and Goulburn Street Parking Station specific information (i.e. operation / marketing plans and reporting).

All tenderers are to include an option to manage and operate a carwash facility. Council, at their sole discretion, may elect at any time during the agreement to authorise the operation of a carwash service in line with received responses and fixed costs as outlined by the accepted tenderer.
