The City of Busselton is seeking experienced developers/hotel operators to create a minimum 4-star equivalent or higher hotel and serviced short-stay apartments, combined with commercial/retail services on a long term leasehold basis. This unique offering is situated on the foreshore adjacent to the refurbished and iconic Busselton Jetty. Stretching 1.9 kilometres across Geographe Bay, the Busselton Jetty is the longest timber-piled structure in the Southern Hemisphere. It is appreciated for its spectacular underwater observatory, jetty train and myriad of recreational uses.

Significant public investment in the Busselton foreshore surrounding the jetty precinct has commenced and will be completed in several phases through to 2019. Expressions of Interest are now being sought for private investment in tourism accommodation, which combined with recreational and community amenity improvements, will transform the area into a vibrant leisure hub for visitors and locals alike.
