Tender Description

Works are located at the Caboolture Memorial Hall, Caboolture. The works required include, but are not limited to:
* Preparation of a full and detailed dilapidation report prior to the commencement of the works in Word format that includes a comprehensive photo record.
* Demolition works associated with the various work areas.
* Plumbing & electrical works associated with the various work areas.
* Disabled toilet upgrade to achieve compliance with current legislation.
* Auto door-openers and door vision panel installation.
* Kitchen - Cleaner’s cupboard.
* Kitchen - New Bench tops and splashbacks
* Painting.
* LED lighting retrofit
* Air-conditioning installation including outside unit enclosure.
