Road and Drainage Upgrade: Egret Close, Kununurra

⁠⁠⁠The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake road and drainage upgrade works on Egret Close in Kununurra.

Details of the tender, including specifications and drawings, are available upon request from the Senior Procurement and Contracts Officer; via email: tenders@swek.wa.gov.au, between 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Potential respondents must provide the following details; contact name and phone number, organisation and ABN.

Clarification to tender details must be in writing and sought via email: tenders@swek.wa.gov.au, prior to 2:00pm, Monday 13 June 2016.

Tenders must be clearly marked “Tender T07-15/16 - Road and Drainage Upgrade: Egret Close, Kununurra”, placed in a sealed envelope and lodged in the tender box at the Shire Administration Office, 20 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra or posted and addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley, PO Box 614, Kununurra, WA, 6743.

The lowest, or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Electronic or facsimile submissions will not be accepted.

The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Wednesday 22 June 2016.

Late tenders will not be accepted.

Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Councillors or Officers will be disqualified from the tender process.
