Tender Description
Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from interested parties for the lease of Lot 252 DP750615, 583 Newell Highway, consisting of 411 acres (166.32ha) for the purpose of cropping and / or grazing.
Interested parties are to submit an offer for a lease fee based on an initial lease period of 18 months commencing on 1 July 2016.
The closing date for submissions is 4.00pm on Friday 17 June 2016.
